Google Displays Multiple Listings from Same Site Many Times

In the forums as well as on Twitter, there were a lot of grievances found yesterday. Even, loads of people also mailed regarding showing same websites in the search engine while searching for single question on the first as well as on second page. When anyone searches for any query on Google, Google would give same results on first page for the same website.

Generally, it is not common but when it comes to talk about yesterday and today, Google shows various results from the same website as it leaves very less variety in the search results.

Well, when I search for Brick Real Estate, Google shows me same websites for many times and below you can see numbers of repeated results:

So, what we can say it, is Google change its searching behave?
